When Massage Envy decided they needed to expand their presence and open a new location in Mandeville, they turned to Beier Construction as their truly integrated construction studio. We brought together all the elements of planning, design, engineering and construction to provide a state-of-the-art development for the new therapeutic space. Beier Construction was then tapped again when Massage Envy took over their neighboring space and we handled their new expansion and addition.

Up and coming Old Mandeville Business District received a substantial addition on Girod St on the day Old Rail Brewery opened. Combining a bar and restaurant with an on-site brewery and corporate event center provided challenges few builders could conquer – until Beier Construction signed on to the project. A sensational addition to the neighborhood, it has a beautiful design that blends in seamlessly with the mixed-use area, and remains faithful to the original use of the land – a railroad station.
